Milk chocolate biscuit - a gourmet snack combining a crunchy biscuit and sweet milk chocolate.
Mixture for making the dough
Product ingredients: Wheat flour, brown sugar, big cranberry 50% (sugar), milk chocolate 12% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, full milk powder, flavouring - natural vanilla), vanillin sugar (sugar, vanillin), salt, baking soda.
Preparation: Tip the mixture into a bowl, add 75g melted butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Form the dough into 12pcs balls and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Store at room temperature.
