White chocolate biscuit - a crunchy and delicately sweet treat topped with creamy white chocolate. Ideal as a treat with coffee or tea.
*Mixture for dough
Product ingredients: Wheat flour, candied cranberries (cranberries 50%, sugar), brown sugar, white chocolate 12% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier- sunflower lecithin, flavouring- natural vanilla), vanillin sugar (sugar, vanillin), salt, baking soda.
Preparation: Tip the mixture into a bowl, add 75g melted butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Form the dough into 12pcs balls and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Store at room temperature.
