We work hard to ensure that all the ingredients we use are locally produced. We cooperate with local farmers and source only the best cuts of meat, freshest fish, as well as dairy products of the highest quality. We also add a twist to dishes of Western European origin by using the best of our local produce and adding spices and herbs characteristic to other national cuisines.

Our restaurant is located in a spacious glass porch overlooking the beautiful valley of river Gauja. Enjoying a summer lunch on our terrace will make you feel as if you were dining on a yacht, while the winter provides a perfect opportunity to watch the white, snowy landscape and people enjoying themselves on the ski slope.
